Santa and his hardworking team are determined to pull out all the stops to ensure everyone has a safe and memorable visit.

Firstly, allow Honeycomb, our naughty elf, to guide you through our winter wonderland, where you will be enchanted by the different snowy scenes. The Polar Bear patch is just delightful! The journey continues into Santa’s cosy cabin where you will meet Mrs Claus and the man himself. Each family will have their own time with Santa, take as many photos as you wish. Once you are ticked off Santa’s “Nice List” you will receive your present.

Then Peppermint will guide you out of Santa’s cabin through our Winter Fairyland with captivating scenes everywhere you look. See Santa’s sleigh parked up for a good service by his elves before he undertakes his long journey on Christmas Eve and catch a glimpse of Comet, the strongest of all his reindeer.

It is a dazzling experience from beginning to end and offers each family an abundance of photo opportunities.
